Financial Manager (Fintech)

Location: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan. Hybrid, remote, or onsite work is available; offices are located in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports.
• Coordinate financial reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Build, review, adjust, and extend financial models in Excel.
• Manage external and intercompany invoicing and reconcile transactions across multiple legal entities.
• Analyze financial data, identify unusual movements and risks, and introduce additional controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional finance operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Understanding of fintech and payments operations, including processing, acquiring, settlements, commissions, and transaction flows.
• Experience with or willingness to work with cryptocurrency and blockchain-related financial flows, including stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, on-chain transactions, and crypto-to-fiat settlements.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian.
• High ownership, attention to detail, financial discipline, and ability to work independently after onboarding.

• Fintech financial experience.
• Experience with Power BI.
