Intermediate / Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Evaluate complex business processes and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, maintain requirements traceability, and apply established business analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
• Use requirements management, data modeling, and project management tools.
• Participate in projects for global corporate clients and industry-focused software initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of BA methodologies based on PBI or IIBA standards.
• Experience with requirements management, data modeling, project management tools, SDLC, and IT systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus.
• Experience with Docker or other containerized environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
