Business Analysis Advisor (Clarizen)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders across business, project management, portfolio management, and technology organizations.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and define solution needs for integrations, platform enhancements, and defect resolutions.
• Lead business analysis project management activities, including planning, quality assurance, reporting, and effectiveness assessment.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, support production releases, and coordinate the solution lifecycle between business and technology teams.
• Develop requirements traceability frameworks and mentor or coach other associates.

Requirements

• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments and eliciting business requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Skills in business process modeling, requirements analysis, consulting, problem solving, reporting, and project management.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Experience with data analytics, workflow analytics, management reporting, prioritization, and waterfall models.
