About the Role
You will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies that support growth and operational efficiency. You will analyze operations, market trends, and competitors; lead cross-functional projects; provide decision-support insights; monitor business initiatives; and manage B2B relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in BizOps, Strategy, or a similar role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with remote teams
