Senior Implementation Operations Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: 100% remote from select locations in the US, with a hybrid schedule available for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

What you will do

• Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights.
• Build reports and provide actionable recommendations to support Implementation leadership's decisions.
• Manage operational improvement projects from problem identification through delivery, including requirements, risks, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes.
• Evaluate and improve processes through scalable tools, automation, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop process guidance, training materials, and operational resources, and deliver training for new processes and tools.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership while identifying risks, escalation needs, and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, communication, and execution skills.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into requirements and actionable solutions, and managing projects through delivery.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, managing risks or escalations, and creating process documentation and training materials.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar business intelligence tools, plus strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, professional services, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, operational efficiency initiatives, Jira, change management, or process adoption.
