Junior Predictive Maintenance Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Utrecht office, Netherlands; remote work flexibility is available for up to 2 months per year with manager approval.

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for maintenance and plant managers across different industries.
• Analyze sensor data to assess the condition of rotating equipment.
• Interpret AI-generated insights and recommend timely maintenance actions.
• Provide clear, actionable advice that helps clients reduce downtime and energy consumption.
• Collect client feedback to improve service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth of the consultancy team serving the Italian market.

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or aerospace engineering, or relevant technical or machinery experience.
• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in consultancy, maintenance, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent working, proactive, and adaptable skills.
• Fluent spoken and written Italian required.
• English required.
• Software engineering experience alone is not relevant for this role.
