Senior AI Tech Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; willingness to travel to clients worldwide is required.

What you will do

• Work with client leadership teams to understand complex technology challenges and define IT strategies.
• Design and deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and modern technology architectures.
• Apply cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, containerization, agile methods, and modern implementation approaches.
• Lead defined parts of client projects, manage quality and risk, maintain client expectations, and handle escalations.
• Evaluate and coach client technology teams while facilitating workshops and client meetings.
• Contribute to proposals, client relationships, practice development, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in technology strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with legacy environments, modern technology approaches, IT organization, and process development.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, business, and customer-focused skills.
• Experience organizing peer-level workshops and facilitating client meetings.
• University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
