Consultant in Financial Services (Fintech)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, at the client, or from the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting projects covering strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence.
• Help develop and strengthen consulting offerings by interpreting innovation and challenges in financial-services sectors.
• Contribute to business development by defining client needs and supporting commercial initiatives.
• Build expertise in data and AI-related topics and help clients identify related opportunities.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients on international projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or pension sectors.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
