What you will do
- Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic transformation agendas across major client accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
- Drive business development, pipeline conversion, scoping, fee negotiation, revenue growth, and margin performance.
- Design engagements, oversee delivery, and support pre-deal, post-deal, and implementation activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering professional development, innovation, and high-quality execution.
- Develop strategic initiatives, industry thought leadership, and intellectual capital in the Artificial Intelligence vertical.
Requirements
- Around 15 years of experience in client engagement and CXO-level relationship management.
- Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
- Experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
- Financial acumen, including revenue growth, margin management, and high-value business development.
- Deep understanding of Data & AI, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and industry technology trends.
- Strong industry presence with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.

- Expertise in Data & AI, including Agentic AI.
- Ability to architect transformative solutions and develop long-term organizational change roadmaps.
- Established C-suite stakeholder network within the target market.
