What you will do
- Support the Tech in PIPE team in addressing strategic technology questions across the private equity deal lifecycle.
- Conduct product and technology due diligence, assessing platform strength, scalability, and differentiation before investments.
- Help portfolio leadership teams define and execute product-led value creation plans after investments.
- Evaluate how software, data, and AI capabilities drive value creation and inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with investment professionals, CTOs, CPOs, BCG case teams, and industry experts.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, software engineering, or digital transformation, with a consulting background.
- Familiarity with data and AI/ML technologies and their role in product differentiation and business scalability.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus, mental agility, and results orientation.
- Ability to develop innovative ideas, build empathy, and earn client trust.
- University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees are advantageous.
