What you will do
- Support private equity investors and portfolio companies with strategic technology questions across the deal lifecycle.
- Conduct product and technology due diligence, assessing platform strength, scalability, and differentiation.
- Help define and execute product-led value creation plans focused on product innovation and technology modernization.
- Analyze how software, data, and AI capabilities drive value creation and business scalability.
- Collaborate with investment professionals, CTOs, CPOs, case teams, and industry experts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, software engineering, or digital transformation, with a consulting background.
- Familiarity with data and AI/ML technologies and their role in product differentiation and scalability.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus, mental agility, and results orientation.
- Ability to develop innovative ideas, build empathy, and earn client trust.
- University degree in a STEM-related field or business management.

- Experience working with private equity investors, portfolio companies, or technology due diligence.
