Senior Manager, FP&A (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with 3 days per week required in person at the NYC office. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events and meetings.

Salary: $110,400–$139,656 target base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting for the Chief Customer Officer organization.
• Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, identifying performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Build financial models connecting operating drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes.
• Partner with the CCO and functional leaders on resource allocation, investment analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic decisions.
• Own FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Build and measure AI-enabled workflows that improve forecast narratives, reporting speed, forecast quality, and planning-cycle efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across FP&A, accounting, finance operations, consulting, or related roles, including transformation initiatives.
• Experience serving as a finance business partner to senior executives and translating complex financial information into business recommendations.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis in a complex or rapidly growing organization.
• Ability to use AI and automation tools thoughtfully for financial analysis and decision support, with human review and validation.
• Strong understanding of the relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Strong executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
