What you will do
- Analyze client and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop client-specific insights and analysis to support hiring and talent planning.
- Build reports, dashboards, and models for business decision-making.
- Support account teams with plans to grow key client relationships.
- Contribute to internal strategy projects from analysis through execution.
- Prepare analysis and presentations for client business reviews and participate in meetings.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics, or a strong degree in a quantitative or business subject.
- Strong data and Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets.
- Ability to build clear presentations that communicate a recommendation.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking effective questions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity about how a business works as a whole.
