Senior Associate, Community Partnership Operations (Healthtech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own action items from Community Partnership Manager and cross-functional meetings through completion.
• Organize and maintain partner-facing collateral and the Community Partnership Manager playbook as the team expands into new markets.
• Maintain request tracking across more than 10 representatives and provide visibility into follow-through.
• Pull and analyze large datasets from BI tools and Google Sheets, monitor dashboards, and identify anomalies.
• Improve CRM data quality by deduplicating records, correcting account tags, and maintaining reliable partner and referral data.
• Coordinate data and product requests between the partnership team, data, and engineering through resolution.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, data operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience pulling and structuring large datasets in BI tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to independently manage trackers, datasets, and playbooks with minimal oversight.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, analytical judgment, and follow-through.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth healthtech startup.
• Exposure to opioid use disorder or substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with CRM systems, data cleanup, sales, or pipeline management.
