Contract Analyst (Healthcare Analytics)

Salary: $62,000–$93,000 per year

What you will do

• Create high-quality, member-ready analytics deliverables supporting contract value, member engagement, and revenue generation.
• Analyze large datasets, review data flows, resolve data quality issues, and follow data standards and governance guidelines.
• Manage and manipulate data in Supply Chain ITS tools, including collection, uploading, and maintenance.
• Identify gaps in sourcing, contracting, technology, and analytics solutions and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager.
• Conduct routine analytics demonstrating contract value and driving contract penetration.
• Support the development of analytics models and participate in cross-functional teams across regional operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, analyze large datasets, and troubleshoot data or tool issues.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a hospital environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Healthcare and IT environment experience.
• Experience with advanced business intelligence tools, data pulls, Access, hirify.global data sources, sourcing strategy, or similar analytics work.
• Experience preparing and presenting clinical or financial data.
