Product Manager - Advisor Experience (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for internal financial advisor experiences across retirement and personal wealth businesses.
• Analyze advisor workflows, systems, data, and processes to identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, automation, and productivity improvements.
• Translate complex user, business, and technology problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, priorities, and success measures.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, research, business, compliance, and legal teams through discovery and delivery.
• Use advisor research, behavioral and operational data, feedback, and market insights to make product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive adoption, operational efficiency, and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of product management experience leading meaningful products or capabilities.
• Strong product judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Technical fluency covering system interactions, data flows, integrations, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate complex user, business, and technology problems into product priorities and requirements.
• U.S. work authorization required; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal, enterprise, or workflow-oriented products.
• Experience with system consolidation, workflow automation, data integration, or modernization of complex technology ecosystems.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, retirement, or another regulated industry.
• Experience building products for financial advisors or other professional users with complex workflows.
