Director, Product Management (Remote)

Location: United States; remote, hybrid, or in-office work environment.

Base salary: $157,667–$283,801 per year, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Define and execute the North America B2B cashflow product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead new product launches using market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity sizing.
• Identify customer needs, prioritize product opportunities, and track competitive and emerging data use cases.
• Partner with Sales and other teams on go-to-market plans, market feedback, and product adoption.
• Identify data, partner, and integration opportunities to expand product capabilities and revenue.
• Represent products with clients and external audiences while collaborating across regional, global, and business-unit teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in financial services or data strategy.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging data products.
• Experience engaging Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, clients, and other internal teams.
