Senior Contract Recruiter - Go to Market (GTM) United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM functions including Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success/Post-Sales.
• Recruit for G&A functions including Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Partner with UK hiring managers and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business priorities.
• Develop direct-sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn Recruiter, UK job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral screenings, manage candidate communication, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain ATS records, coordinate interviews, support onboarding handoffs, and provide UK talent-market and compensation insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including GTM and G&A hiring.
• Experience operating at a P4 / Senior Recruiter level and independently managing high-volume or complex senior searches.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA recruitment market, compensation structures, and UK employment standards and legislation.
• Advanced direct-sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever, with immediate availability for a full-time, 4-month contract in the UK.
