Senior Service Solution Architect

Location: Munich, Germany; option to work remotely

What you will do

• Design tailored service solutions for large, non-standard customer projects during tender phases.
• Develop customer-specific service concepts using standard services wherever possible.
• Evaluate third-party supplier offers, maintenance activities, FTE requirements, and material consumption.
• Calculate costs for all elements of the defined service scope.
• Define service pricing and balance profitability and delivery risks with Service Sales and Solution Units.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with managed service contracts and multi-vendor environments.
• 5+ years of experience in international matrix organizations and collaboration with global subsidiaries.
• Strong profitability calculation, risk assessment, project management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of service concepts, solution design, data analytics, KPI definition, and performance management.
• Fluent English and German, spoken and written; willingness to travel internationally.
