Enterprise Architect (Data & Analytics) (Data, Analytics & AI): Designing and evolving secure, scalable data, analytics and AI architectures and platforms for a data-driven bank with an accent on enterprise strategy, data governance, cloud platforms, and federated operating models. Focus on translating global business and technology roadmaps into target architectures, balancing enterprise consistency with domain autonomy, and guiding compliant solutions in a regulated environment.
Location: ACT (Amsterdam - Acanthus), Netherlands; hybrid working combines home and office work.

What you will do
- Translate business and technology strategy into target architectures, principles and models for data, analytics and AI.
- Execute and steer the global Business & IT roadmap process, including centralized designs and logical global decompositions.
- Design and evolve the data and analytics platform to support federated usage across business domains.
- Balance global consistency with domain autonomy through data mesh and federated ownership models.
- Coordinate domain and solution architects to deliver integrated end-to-end business services.
- Influence priorities and architectural direction while initiating secure, cost-effective and fit-for-purpose improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in data and analytics-heavy environments.
- Experience with large-scale data and analytics platforms on-premise and in public cloud, preferably GCP.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, analytics and Agentic AI.
- Understanding of regulated environments, including security, privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR, the AI Act, DORA and BCBS239.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior and global stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational agile organization and the ability to guide broadly supported architectural decisions.
