AI Deployment Lead / Applied AI Lead (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid with in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Estimated base salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities and operational challenges.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI-powered procurement solutions that reduce manual work.
• Rapidly prototype and demonstrate proof-of-value solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead customer workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions focused on practical AI applications.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and measurable business value across customer deployments.
• Develop expertise in domains such as supply chain and finance, and scale that knowledge across the organisation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data or AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, implementation, or stakeholder-facing solution architecture.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into technical solutions and communicating them to business and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes across procurement, finance, and supply chain, with the ability to define specific AI use cases.
• Strong presentation skills for workshops, whiteboarding sessions, executive readouts, and demonstrations.
• Ability to measure and communicate business impact through metrics such as time saved, error reduction, and adoption.
• Hands-on experience identifying, designing, and building automations or AI-driven solutions for repeatable processes.
