Product Manager | Kimchi AI Coding Platform | Europe (AI coding platform): Discovering and shaping AI coding and agent products from emerging customer problems through validation, 0→1 development, adoption, and iteration with an accent on customer discovery, product judgment, and technical collaboration. Focus on selecting high-value problems, turning ambiguity into clear hypotheses and experiments, and building AI-powered developer products in a rapidly changing environment.
Location: Remote within Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine. Visa sponsorship and work permit support are not provided.

What you will do
- Identify valuable customer and market problems for the Kimchi AI coding and agent platform.
- Turn ambiguous opportunities into structured problems, hypotheses, assumptions, and experiments.
- Lead 0→1 product development from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Run customer discovery, observe workflows, and distinguish individual requests from broader problems.
- Partner with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market teams to shape technically complex solutions.
- Define success metrics, make prioritization decisions, and communicate product direction through clear documentation.
Requirements
- Significant experience owning software products end to end at a Senior Product Manager level.
- Strong 0→1 experience, including discovery, validation, launch, and iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, select high-value problems, and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong customer discovery, analytical thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with highly technical engineering teams and understanding complex systems.
- Hands-on use of modern AI tools, including active exploration of LLMs and agents.
Nice to have
- Experience with developer tools, AI/ML products, LLM infrastructure, AI agents, or AI-powered developer tools.
- Background in infrastructure, platforms, APIs, technically complex B2B products, or enterprise products.
- Experience discovering product-market fit, working at an early-stage startup, or launching new products within a larger company.
