Senior Product Owner

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, business value, outcomes, and lifecycle from discovery through ongoing operation.
• Translate complex industrial requirements into product objectives, epics, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, risks, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Analyse requirements, facilitate discovery activities, conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, and validate solutions.
• Establish and improve delivery practices, including the Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality assurance, and Agile ways of working.
• Manage operational performance, incidents, service delivery priorities, and resolution in line with internal SLAs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably with complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud systems, distributed applications, data models, product configuration, variant management, pricing, and costing logic.
• Experience translating business requirements into product goals, epics, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with complex product portfolios, technical regulations, standards, incident management, service delivery, and internal SLAs.
• English: upper-intermediate level required. Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and product management tools is expected.
