Director, Recruiting Enablement & Programs

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring 2 days per week in the San Francisco office.

Annual base salary in the San Francisco Bay Area: $188,000–$259,000 USD. For candidates in California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $210,000–$289,000 USD.

What you will do

• Design and standardize global recruiting workflows, service levels, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks.
• Lead recruiting coordination, candidate experience standards, enablement programs, playbooks, and structured assessment practices.
• Develop recruiting analytics, dashboards, forecasting models, and capacity plans in partnership with Finance and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Build and scale global university recruiting programs covering internships, co-ops, and new graduate hiring.
• Lead university partnerships, diversity recruitment initiatives, campus activations, internship programming, and return-offer frameworks.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor teams across Recruiting Operations, Coordination, and University Programs while advising senior leaders.

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive experience across Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and/or Talent Programs.
• Experience managing and scaling teams and running global recruiting operations and high-volume early-career programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn recruiting data into operational strategies and executive reporting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and organizational change in global, matrixed environments.
• Strong candidate, stakeholder, communication, collaboration, and executive influencing skills.
• Ability to work hybrid from the San Francisco Bay Area with 2 days per week in the San Francisco office.
