Recruiting Operations Manager (AI)

Applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams, with AI agents supporting account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Own recruiting processes, reporting, analytics, operating rhythms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize recruiting technology and vendors, including security, billing, adoption, training, and candidate experience.
• Evaluate and implement AI use cases across recruiting, including hirify.global Agent, automation, and productivity improvements.
• Lead strategic research, cross-functional People projects, process implementation, documentation, training, and enablement.
• Strengthen the employer brand through messaging, talent-focused events, conferences, hackathons, dinners, and community programs.
• Own the university recruiting strategy for engineering talent and build scalable early-career talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting, Program Management, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience building processes or programs from the ground up.
• Ability to manage systems, vendors, and multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technology, with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
