Material Handler - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Coldwater, Michigan, United States; onsite manufacturing floor position. Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm.

A $1.50 shift premium is included for the second shift.

What you will do

• Receive, store, stage, and deliver raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Replenish production lines to prevent downtime and maintain efficient workflows.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate, inspect, and perform operator repairs on material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material shortages and issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5S and lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other industrial equipment; certification is preferred.
• At least one year of forklift experience preferred.
• At least one year of inventory-control experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and consistently follow safety and PPE requirements.
