Material Handler - Flexibar

What you will do

• Move incoming materials, components, tools, equipment, and finished goods between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Supply manufacturing lines and department racks, fulfill material requisitions, and restock supermarket locations.
• Prepare raw materials and components by cutting, labeling, unpacking, and organizing them for production jobs.
• Monitor material availability, perform cycle-count-related ihirify.globalory tasks, and report potential production shortages.
• Pull, pack, label, unload, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, tow motors, cranes, lift-assist equipment, and other industrial equipment when properly certified; remove waste and follow safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred, or related aptitude including troubleshooting and following instructions.
• Experience following work instructions and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic math skills and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to use tow motors, lift-assist equipment, and warehouse equipment, with visual verification and manual dexterity.
• Ability to learn multiple material-handling functions and work safely in a light industrial facility.
