Material Handler II - 2nd Shift

Location: 170 Monarch Ln, Miamisburg, OH 45342, USA; onsite, 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What you will do

• Operate the main receiving dock and manage the final disposition of products.
• Receive, identify, verify, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods.
• Process documentation, maintain inventory records, and use inventory and storage locator systems.
• Load, unload, and move materials using powered handling equipment; prepare shipments with pallet labeling, consolidation, and stretch wrapping.
• Respond to material requests and counts, support team members with problem-solving, and help achieve department goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards while identifying process improvements that enhance quality and reduce waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of material handling and powered equipment operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory control systems, storage locator systems, and basic math calculations.
• Safe operation of order pickers, swing reach equipment, forklifts, hand trucks, pallet trucks, and clamp trucks; ability to obtain a material handling license.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with mechanical assistance or team support.
• Safety-conscious approach, strong interpersonal communication, and ability to perform continuous standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and work at varying heights.
