• Lead and develop international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions and oversee successful implementation.
• Establish efficient processes, governance structures, and standards across the global IT organization.
• Manage stakeholders, resources, budgets, and risks while driving innovation and harmonization.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations.
• Experience in IT business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management.
• Proven success leading and developing teams in global matrix structures.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective IT initiatives and sustainable business outcomes.
• Strong senior-stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong execution skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to drive change.
