Customer Service Representative with German (fixed-term 2 years)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work available

What you will do

• Manage customer orders throughout the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact for DACH-region customers regarding orders, lead times, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer data and documentation in the ERP system.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with production, logistics, transportation, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Resolve delivery, quality, invoicing, and order-management issues while monitoring digital and eCommerce requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• German at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across functions.
• Legal authorization to work in Romania is required; visa sponsorship or work authorization will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, transportation, inside sales, or a related area.
• Up to two years of professional experience in a customer-facing or operations-related role.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial products and processes.
• Experience working in an international environment.
