Customer Care Consultant (German)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; onsite during the training period, with hybrid or remote work possible afterward depending on performance. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Romania and preferably be based in Bucharest or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Handle inbound customer requests by phone and email.
• Support business clients, drivers, fuel stations, and partners with account, transaction, balance, and service enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards.
• Maintain customer and case documentation across multiple internal systems and tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases and meet SLA and quality requirements.

Requirements

• German proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working with multiple systems and tools in a dynamic international environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Legal right to work in Romania.
