Senior HR Consultant (Payroll)

Location: USA, Pennsylvania; remote

Salary: $55,000–$91,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide outsourced HR and HR consulting services to clients across multiple industries.
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for client organizations.
• Prepare, process, and run payroll while maintaining HRIS and payroll data integrity.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference and background checks.
• Respond to HR inquiries and build trusted relationships with clients and employees through clear communication and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of progressive HR experience across compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Run.
• Previous experience preparing and processing payroll.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Extensive Excel and data analysis experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HRCI or SHRM certification.
