HR Specialist

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; remote work opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with the PEO and external providers.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration.
• Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters with external immigration counsel.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized approach.
