B2C Sales Intern (PropTech)

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; on-site

hirify.global provides fully furnished apartments for stays from one month, with no long-term contracts, deposits, broker fees, or furniture purchases.

What you will do

• Handle B2C leads from the first enquiry through apartment selection and booking.
• Participate in negotiations and follow-ups, gradually taking ownership of personal leads.
• Provide personalised support to clients before and during their bookings.
• Help prepare rental agreements and maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.
• Support the Demand team and collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or master's degree and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio).
• English at C1 level.
• Spanish at C1 level.
• Interest in sales, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing work.
• Curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, and willingness to take responsibility.

Nice to have

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
