Location: London, United Kingdom, with regular travel to London-based boutiques and occasional travel to the Manchester head office.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and teams across UK retail and commercial functions.
• Provide commercially focused HR advice to London, field-based, and retail teams.
• Support employee relations and operational HR delivery.
• Lead talent acquisition and development activities.
• Contribute to HR data initiatives and wider departmental and business projects.
• Collaborate with brand headquarters and travel to boutiques and the Manchester head office as required.

Requirements

• Professional experience in HR business partnering and operational HR delivery.
• Experience supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent development.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across retail and commercial teams.
• Availability for regular travel to London-based boutiques and occasional travel to Manchester.
