Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, EMEA; travel to customer meetings, events, and conferences is required.

What you will do

• Own the technical sales cycle from demos and proof-of-concept engagements through technical wins.
• Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical strategies for complex deals.
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements for customers.
• Work with customer security and engineering teams to understand workflows and position the platform within DevSecOps and SDLC environments.
• Provide architecture recommendations, technical guidance, and documentation while supporting validation and objection handling.
• Represent hirify.global in customer meetings, events, and conferences, including travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting and driving complex technical sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and executives.
• Ability to navigate technical objections, build customer trust, and provide solution-oriented guidance.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience, especially in AppSec, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security.
• Enterprise customer experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or hands-on development experience.
• Fluency in an additional European language, especially German.
