Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, with CST working hours. Travel of up to 25% is expected, including onsite and virtual customer meetings.

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions with key clients and translate their requirements into advanced solutions.
• Develop technically robust architectures and deployment roadmaps for strategic accounts.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams as a subject matter expert.
• Support strategic sales initiatives through product expertise and customer-focused solution design.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, integration engineers, and sales directors to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute product testing and actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Senior-level experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience independently driving large customer meetings and documenting recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, digital certificates, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, sales collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP.
• Experience with cloud-based environments including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
