Senior Customer Engineer (AI Security)

Builds a control plane for autonomous AI that provides enterprises with visibility, governance, and operational control over AI agents and their risks.

What you will do

• Lead professional services engagements from kickoff through customer sign-off, defining measurable outcomes and completion criteria.
• Tune customer-specific alerts, policies, and detections using real alert data, then document the results for ongoing maintenance.
• Review customer-built AI agents and MCP servers before launch, providing findings and remediation plans.
• Produce analyses and evidence for finance and compliance teams, including AI spending analysis and control mapping to audit frameworks.
• Build custom deployments, integrations, and automation, and turn solutions into reusable tooling, templates, and delivery methods.

Requirements

• 5+ years in hands-on technical roles serving enterprise customers, including ownership of scoped projects from start to finish.
• Security experience in areas such as detection engineering, application security, security architecture, or cloud security.
• Strong scripting skills with Python or a similar language, plus experience with REST APIs and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience querying and analyzing logs and data using SQL or log query languages.
• Clear technical writing and communication skills, including actionable customer findings and reports.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and helping build a new function.

Nice to have

• Experience testing LLM applications, AI agents, or MCP servers, and familiarity with AI/ML platforms, LLM tooling, or agent frameworks.
• SIEM or SOC experience.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, or EU AI Act frameworks.
• Experience with cloud or AI cost analysis.
• Relevant GIAC or cloud provider certifications.
