Data Analyst

Location: Fully remote within the United States; unrestricted U.S. work authorization required. Eastern Time business hours must be supported.

Salary: $62,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance Python code supporting reporting, automation, and data workflows.
• Manage Tableau and other business intelligence tools for reporting and analytics.
• Troubleshoot reporting errors and data discrepancies in the client-facing Domo dashboard.
• Automate custom stakeholder reports and develop ad-hoc analyses for evolving business needs.
• Create documentation and standard operating procedures for consistent data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Python and pandas for data cleaning, transformation, manipulation, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and parameters; familiarity with Domo, Git/GitHub, and Jira is required.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States, be able to support Eastern Time business hours, and be at least 18 years old.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, or Operative.
• Knowledge of digital advertising metrics, automated data pipelines, scheduled reporting, and relational data concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and root-cause analysis skills.
