Solution Engineer (Identity Security)

Location: Remote for residents of Denmark, Sweden, or Norway with the right to work; domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities.
• Engage customer stakeholders to discover identity and security challenges.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of hirify.global solutions.
• Design solution approaches aligned with customer environments.
• Support proof-of-value engagements and technical evaluations.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and identity principles.
• Understanding or experience with IaaS environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions.
• Professional presentation and technical demonstration skills.
• Fluent English plus Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Must reside in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway and have the right to work there; visa sponsorship is not available.
