DevSecOps Architect (Cybersecurity): Designing and delivering end-to-end security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, data, and AI environments with an accent on security posture, compliance, modernization, and secure AI adoption. Focus on shaping client solutions from pre-sales through implementation, building prototypes, documenting architectures, and addressing complex security challenges across AWS, Azure, GCP, and IAM.
Location: Bulgaria or Poland; remote or office work

What you will do
- Shape end-to-end security solutions from pre-sales discussions through delivery.
- Work with clients to understand needs, design secure architectures, build prototypes, and support implementation.
- Develop strategies for security posture, compliance, modernization, data protection, cost optimization, and secure AI adoption.
- Create architecture documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
- Address complex infrastructure, data, and AI security challenges while monitoring emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Present structured solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and collaborate with clients, internal experts, and partners.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in security architecture and extensive Security Engineer experience.
- Proven technical leadership and ownership of end-to-end services or products.
- Expertise in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2 regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Fluent English required for communication with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
