Software Architect – AI / Agentic Systems

What you will do

• Architect and lead development of an AI-first coding platform.
• Design real-time collaboration between autonomous AI agents and human developers.
• Build agentic systems that plan tasks, write code, run tests, and deploy applications.
• Integrate LLMs, especially Claude, into production workflows and design function-calling and orchestration layers.
• Implement long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops.
• Define scalable, distributed AI architecture on AWS and guide implementation into production.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
• Proven experience designing or building AI and agentic systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLM integrations, function calling, agent orchestration, reasoning loops, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Hands-on AWS experience and a strong background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.
• Experience across different technology stacks, including .NET, with openness to alternative ecosystems.
• English proficiency at C1 level, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer platforms or coding tools.
• Familiarity with Replit, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs.
• Experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.
• Background in AI-powered DevOps automation or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in product-led engineering environments.
