TL;DR
AI Consultant / Architect (GenAI): Building and governing production-grade AI architectures for enterprise clients with an accent on generative AI, agentic systems, and traditional ML. Focus on translating business ambition into scalable, cost-effective solutions and implementing global AI governance frameworks.
Location: United States (excluding Hawaii). Remote-friendly with up to 30% travel requirement.
Salary: $250K - 280K USD (base and bonus)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for AI engagements spanning deterministic automation, traditional ML, and generative/agentic AI.
- Design full lifecycles including data pipelines, model selection, integration, orchestration, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Lead AI strategy, readiness, and use-case discovery workshops with customer technology leadership.
- Produce architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and business cases connecting technical design to measurable business outcomes.
- Embed AI governance and risk management into designs aligned with NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act.
- Mentor consultants and solution engineers to raise the technical bar across the practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting and delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise or services environments.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.
- Strong cloud architecture skills across at least one major hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Working fluency in AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act) and cloud FinOps.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing between executive boardrooms and technical build sessions.
