Executive Assistant (F/M/X) - Remote from Spain

Location: Remote from Spain; conditions list Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, and business rhythms.
• Organize domestic and international travel, expenses, and related logistics.
• Support onboarding, vendor coordination, purchasing, and invoice management.
• Maintain administrative tools, reports, distribution lists, and team resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and locations while improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Business Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Must work remotely from Spain.

• Experience supporting senior leaders in multinational environments.
• International travel and expense management experience.
• Experience in technology or corporate environments.
