Mechanical Engineer EMEA (Mobile Power Solutions)

What you will do

• Design mechanical details for Mobile Power Solutions products.
• Translate user requirements into technical specifications and innovative mechanical solutions in collaboration with designers and backend developers.
• Support the full product development cycle from specification and design through prototyping, testing, validation, and manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and other technical problems.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and product management stakeholders.
• Support product launches through market monitoring, product presentations, training, customer events, and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Academic background in engineering.
• Experience in product development and 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or similar.
• Experience testing and validating products, industrializing products for easy assembly, and working with power mechanicals, topology, and control schemes.
• Knowledge of automotive environments, reliability and safety requirements, and UN ECE EMC standards.
• Experience with Agile development, Microsoft 365, PIM and ERP systems, and project management tools such as Antura or Wrike.
• Fluent Italian and English are required for communication with team members and project management.
