Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing supplier performance, supporting offshore deployments, and balancing technical performance, project risks, and cost efficiency.
Location: IJmuiden, Netherlands; hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 office days and offshore work when required. Candidates must already reside in the Netherlands.
Salary: €3,500–€5,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

develops and delivers thermoplastic composite pipe (TCP) solutions for demanding offshore energy applications.
What you will do
- Coordinate project activities across Production, Procurement, Pipe Completion, Testing, and Composite Engineering.
- Work with the Project Manager to drive execution, monitor progress, and deliver milestones on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate external suppliers providing ancillary TCP components, including end fittings, weight modules, bend stiffeners, and restrictors.
- Monitor supplier performance against project schedules and technical requirements.
- Provide offshore support through site visits and first installation and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore, or Subsea Engineering, or an equivalent science degree.
- 2–5 years of experience as a project engineer or equivalent in the offshore energy industry.
- Experience with offshore engineering, installation and operation methods, and ancillary equipment such as bend restrictors, bend stiffeners, buoyancy and weight modules, and installation aids.
- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- Must already reside in the Netherlands and be willing to work offshore when required.
Nice to have
- Experience with flexible pipes, ancillary manufacturers, or pipeline installation contractors.
- French, Portuguese, or Dutch language skills.
