Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Breda region, Netherlands; on-site work in the technical workshop and production floor

Salary: €3,500–€4,200 gross per month, excluding shift allowance, depending on experience

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns on highly automated production machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, adjustments, and overhaul activities.
• Analyse malfunctions with production operators and identify potential technical issues.
• Document breakdowns, maintenance activities, and solutions digitally.
• Prevent recurring technical failures and contribute improvements to machinery, processes, and maintenance procedures.
• Support operators and technical colleagues while working independently and as part of the technical team.

Requirements

• Technical MBO-3 education, preferably in Mechatronics or a similar field.
• Relevant experience in maintenance, industrial technology, or a comparable technical environment.
• Experience with electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong technical understanding, practical problem-solving skills, responsibility, and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
