HR Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid). The role is the on-site HR representative for Poland and coordinates operations across Cyprus, the UK, Dubai, and other Group entities.

What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle in Poland, from onboarding and employment documentation through offboarding.
• Manage personnel files, leave, sickness absence, statutory entitlements, payroll inputs, and employee support in line with Polish requirements.
• Coordinate HR operations, service standards, documentation, and escalation procedures across international Group entities.
• Manage HRIS workflows, permissions, configuration, data quality, contract repositories, benefits administration, and audit readiness.
• Drive HR process standardization, automation, employee self-service, and operational improvements with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related HR discipline, including at least 3 years managing HR operations in Poland.
• Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, personnel files, working-time regulations, ZUS, PPK, occupational medicine, and BHP requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple entities or international HR environments, with knowledge of GDPR and employee data protection.
• Strong HRIS and digital systems experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and confidence with data and reporting.
• Experience designing, documenting, optimizing, and automating HR processes.
• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken, is required.
