Lead RF Engineer (Electronic Warfare)

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of electronic warfare and signal intelligence systems from concept through field deployment.
• Build, manage, and develop a multidisciplinary Electronic Warfare Engineering team.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of EW/SIGINT systems and maintain technology awareness.
• Coordinate technical design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and machine learning teams.
• Lead feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, system-level simulations, integration, prototyping, and validation.
• Maintain alignment between requirements, architecture, design, testing, documentation, and validation workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of RF system engineering experience with radio, radar, GNSS, or other sensors in robotics, aerospace, or defense.
• Experience leading complete system lifecycles from concept to prototype and validation.
• Strong background in RF, GNSS, radar system architecture, requirements engineering, and system-level trade-off analysis.
• Experience gathering and analyzing RF signals for classification and AI training.
• Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical interfaces.
• MSc in Engineering required; PhD and experience in EW/SIGINT technology leadership are advantages.
