Aircraft Control System Architect (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead technical and project activities for aircraft control multi-system functions and architecture.
• Coordinate key interfaces across aircraft control systems and assess aircraft-level integrations.
• Define, validate, and drive trade-offs for multi-system aircraft control architectures.
• Own technical risks and opportunities, including mitigation planning and follow-up.
• Optimize aircraft control products and engineering processes by sharing expertise across projects.
• Contribute to improving the safety of aircraft control products.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in aircraft or systems development.
• Experience with avionics systems and flight control systems.
• Ability to assess complex multi-system architectures and integrations from an aircraft-level functional perspective.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, proactivity, continuous learning, and pioneering mindset.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Work based in Toulouse, France.
